For the last 2 years, in the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, we have fervently and enthusiastically worked on the construction of our new image and the identity of our wines. Now, the real work achieved at ground level in the vineyards and in the winery has to progress to the marketing and commercial plan with a new in-house perspective that is not only dynamic but also image-enhancing for our clients, both present and future. We are not deluding ourselves with any illusions. We simply wish to show our bloodline and the fundamentals that constitute our strength : our winegrowers, who passionately tend their vines rooted in the multitude of “climats” of the Côte d’Or ; our terroirs, that provide an almost infinite wealth of terrain, thus conferring an equal wealth of expression to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay ; our winemaking techniques, whose aim is to respect and reveal the intrinsic potential of every grape, every terroir and every vintage ; our wines, each of which contributes their difference and their character, side by side they create a unique ensemble!

Nuiton-Beaunoy is, above all, the history of the pioneer winegrowers of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. They worked unceasingly and side by side to develop the art of vine cultivation and wine production in the valleys that sustained human activity and that connect with the slopes of the Côte d'Or.

From North to South and from East to West, the associated winegrowers of the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, under the banner of Nuiton-Beaunoy lovingly craft wines to reveal the expression of the extraordinary patchwork of vineyard parcels found in the Côte d'Or.
